Fictional products, orders and reviews

shopupu is a portfolio demonstration. Every product is fictional and does not exist in reality. Prices, discounts and stock illustrate how a store works. Orders are never fulfilled, delivered or collected.

Reviews describe fictional products. Sample reviews were generated for the demonstration and are labelled as samples; a completed demo order does not represent a real purchase.

Product images were generated for this demonstration and show no real garments; no third-party photographs are used. Interface fonts are Bricolage Grotesque, Inter and JetBrains Mono under the SIL Open Font License. The source code is public on GitHub.

Payments without real money

You can try the payment flow using a local simulation or, when connected, Stripe test mode. The payment screen identifies which option is available. A local simulation does not contact Stripe.

Real payments are disabled. Use only Stripe test cards on Stripe's hosted test checkout. Never enter a real card number. A successful payment or refund in this demo only changes the demonstration's status.

Use fictional contact details

Use a password unique to this demo and fictional names, addresses and phone numbers. Do not put personal or confidential information in reviews or messages to the stylist.

Email delivery and other external services may be unavailable until connected. Their screens show availability; an unavailable email service cannot send verification or recovery messages.
